If your event has been postponed, 0ur Box Office will automatically re-issue tickets for the new date to the email address used to make the booking. If you cannot find these, please visit My Account – Colchester Events (colchester-events.co.uk) to download the latest version of your tickets. In extreme circumstances, if a refund is required, you will have 30 days to apply from the date the email was sent advising you of the new date. After this period you can claim credit to use towards another event.
In the event of cancellation of an event, customers will be entitled to a full refund less transaction/refund processing costs.
