See all the top tips and techniques on our customised Demonstration FIRE STAGE hosted by DJ BBQ and featuring some of the world’s top PitMasters, Fire Chefs, and Fire Jockeys from cooking Brisket to Plant-based BBQs Sample. Get in amongst Award-Winning Street traders and the teams at this year’s Great British Open BBQ Championships; this year also sees our first SCA  Steak Cookoff contest, which will be the heart of the Festival.
